Creativity has been a part of me since childhood, where I found immense joy in designing my own dresses and exploring the world of handmade crafts. Growing up in a remote village in Kerala in the 1990s, pursuing fashion design was not widely accepted. Respecting my family’s wishes, I chose a different path—completing my Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, followed by a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. My professional journey took me from working as a pharmacist in Salalah to serving as an Assistant Professor in a pharmacy college. Life then led me across borders, primarily to Saudi Arabia, where frequent relocations and circumstances limited opportunities to continue a conventional career. During this phase—amid constant transitions and personal health challenges—I discovered crochet. What began as a form of therapy soon rekindled a long-lost creative spark. I realized that creativity had always been within me, quietly waiting for the right moment to re-emerge. I started a small home-based venture in Saudi Arabia, but life continued to move us across regions. During the COVID period, I further nurtured my passion by learning fashion designing online, despite knowing that another move was inevitable. Finally, our journey brought us to Dubai. Six months ago, I decided to turn my dream into reality. What started with just two handmade frocks—created and donated with love—soon grew into a deeper commitment. Step by step, I began building my brand: designing, creating, refining, and bringing each piece to life with intention and care. Today, Love Yarns comes to life after a decade-long journey. Love Yarns stands as a reflection of that journey—where craftsmanship meets emotion, and every stitch tells a story. We specialize in premium handmade babywear designed with softness, comfort, and timeless charm. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate childhood in its purest form.
